Mission
- Redefining “normal” in society to create a simpler world
-
It is said that the culture of using stamps or seals to sign documents in Japan began with a proclamation in 1873. After more than 100 years of continued use, the politicians of the Meiji era achieved a great feat that would become the fundamental infrastructure for transactions in Japan. We wanted to honor this culture while at the same time using legal and technology know-how to redefine the use of seals and stamps in today's society. That is what we aim to do with CloudSign.
By making full use of our legal and technology know-how, perhaps we can simplify not only contract signing but also other aspects of what is considered “normal” practice for business transactions in today's complex world, and make it a simpler one. Our goal is to make such a society a reality.
