Bengo4.com, Inc. (hereafter “the Company”) recognizes protecting personal information as a vital business task for protecting individual rights as well as for carrying out our corporate responsibilities. And to the extent required to achieve this purpose, the Company will obtain and use the information legally and officially with the customer’s consent.
  • 2. The Company will ensure that employees are aware of the importance of personal information. The Company will take measures to implement rational safety management in order to avoid personal information held by the Company from being fraudulently accessed, lost, destroyed, tampered with or leaked, etc. We also continuously review and improve these measures as needed, and work to ensure security.

2. Provision of personal data to third parties and joint use of personal data

1.Cases where information is provided to third parties

The Company will not disclose or provide personal data it obtains to third parties except for the following situations.

  • 3. When it is necessary to do so to protect life or assets and it is difficult to obtain the individual’s consent
  • 4. When personal data has been outsourced to be handled by an outside company based on an outsourcing business contract. 4.Fee for disclosure, etc.

When requesting disclosure or notification of purpose of use of personal data held by the Company, the customer will be charged a 1,000 yen fee (tax included) for each request. Please enclose stamps or a postal money order covering this 1,000 yen fee.

5.How and when we will respond to disclosure, etc.

When we are able to confirm the personal data of the individual, we will respond to the individual in writing within a reasonable time. If it is not possible for us to provide an answer, we will notify you of the reason why.
