■ The contract review service CloudSign KANRI
It is service that specializes in contract management, provided by the contract management platform CloudSign, which has the largest market share*1 and has been adopted by the most municipalities*2. All users need to do is upload PDF versions of contracts to CloudSign KANRI where the AI extracts the information in the contracts and automatically creates a register. Moreover, since it is easy to manage the permission settings, it can smoothly run company-wide or inside a single department, boosting the productivity of the companies and teams.
*1: Market share in “New Markets of Software Business 2024” (2023 result of e-contract tools) by Fuji Chimera Research Institute, Inc.
*2: Comparison based on in-house survey of the number of prefectures and municipalities deciding on implementation following a value contract from information on public solicitations, tenders and proposals released by municipalities nationwide. Data as of February 1, 2025.

■ Features of the service
(1) Automatically creates a contract register to cut the time and effort needed for “contract management”
All you have to do is upload the signed contract, and the AI will read the contents of the document and automatically create a contract register. This prevents omissions and mistakes in register items stemming from manual entry. It also supports automatic importing of contract information from electronic contract services, facilitating a smooth transition from the company’s current management method.

(2) Flexible permission settings enable company-wide information sharing
The catalogized contract register only displays the contracts the user has permissions for. With proper access control, it can be used company-wide.

(3) The UX “easy to use for everyone” eliminates obstacles to use
The simple screens allow for intuitive use not only by management departments but also by the relevant people in business departments who are not used to reading contracts.

Moreover, the goal is to implement mutual connections with other service within the business model of contract lifecycle management (CLM) in accordance with the flow of contract work.
