■ The Contract Digitalization Seminar for Bidding Contractors
Currently, Toyama Prefecture and 10 municipalities within the prefecture are introducing the CloudSign contract digitalization service as part of their efforts to digitize administrative procedures. Following this change, we will be hosting the Contract Digitalization Seminar for Bidding Contractors. This seminar is designed to help service providers conducting business with Toyama Prefecture and its municipalities gain a deeper understanding of how to utilize and implement digital contract services. This seminar will provide practical explanations, covering everything from a basic overview of digital contract services to specific procedures for entering into contracts with local municipalities. In particular, the seminar will provide a detailed explanation of important practical points, including how to store electronic contracts in compliance with the Electronic Books Maintenance Act and how to verify electronic signatures in contracts.
