■ Comment from Mr. Fukatsu
While laws relate closely to our lives, they are often a difficult subject for ordinary members of the public. Bengo4.com has developed a range of services to make laws and legal issues more accessible to people. I empathized deeply with their corporate stance, and decided to join them as their new CXO. In this role, I want to make the experience of using legal services feel friendlier and more intuitive. Going forward, we will continue to break down the barriers posed by technical terms, so that anyone can consult with peace of mind. I hope to be able to help create such experiences that are tailored to the needs of users. I will also continue working as CXO at note, and strive to build bridges of cooperation as a fellow IT company.
