■ Integration of the RAKURAKU BUNSYO SYUNIN® system
RAKURAKU BUNSYO SYUNIN® is a comprehensive document management system equipped with document creation, electronic approval, storage and management, document retrieval features and necessary common functions such as user management and user department management functions. It makes the unified management of matters ranging from document reception and drafting to disposal possible, promptly identifying and extracting necessary information and facilitating responses to right-to-know requests.
This web API integration of RAKURAKU BUNSYO SYUNIN® and CloudSign allows users to directly sign electronic contracts on RAKURAKU BUNSYO SYUNIN®. This integration enables the unified management of approved contract forms on RAKURAKU BUNSYO SYUNIN® without needing to log into the electronic contract service. In addition, the government agency approval process takes place essentially before the contract form is sent. This makes safe contract operations accompanied by high-level compliance possible.
Starting with this system integration, the Company will drive the digital transformation (DX) of its users' contract operations through both RAKURAKU BUNSYO SYUNIN® and CloudSign products, and contribute to improving productivity and strengthening competitiveness.
Complete coverage of contract procedures within The two company's systems will be integrated for the digital processing of all processes from the signing of electronic contracts, and the uploading contract form PDF data to CloudSign to the confirmation of contract forms after the completion of contracts.
