CloudSign to Start System Integration with Geniee, Inc.’s GENIEE SFA/CRM

(Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo; Tomoaki Kudo, President and CEO; hereinafter, “Geniee”).

■ System integration with GENIEE SFA/CRM
 GENIEE SFA/CRM is a Japanese-made, cloud-based SFA/CRM that integrates customer management, sales negotiation management, and data analysis functions. Thanks to its easy-to-use interface and highly customizable design, it is used by over 6,500 companies of all sizes. It offers strong support for increasing the efficiency of sales activities, and improving sales revenues.
 The system integration of GENIEE SFA/CRM with CloudSign will enable the one-stop creation, signing, and management of contracts on CloudSign based on customer information registered in GENIEE SFA/CRM.
 Starting with this system integration, the Company will drive the digital transformation (DX) of its customers’ contract operations through both the GENIEE SFA/CRM and CloudSign products, and contribute to improving productivity and strengthening competitiveness.

■ Complete coverage of contract procedures within GENIEE SFA/CRM
(1) Digital transformation of the entire contract process, from contract creation to signing and storage
 By linking with the customer information in GENIEE SFA/CRM, users can save the time and effort of re-entering customer information and reduce the time taken to create contracts when sending contracts with CloudSign. Users can set and send approval flows for up to 20 people internally and externally at a time. Data after a contract is signed is also consolidated within GENIEE SFA/CRM.

(2) Ascertain contract status in real time
 Users can keep track of the state of progress of contracts in real time using GENIEE SFA/CRM.
