■ Overview of the BUSINESS LAWYERS LIBRARY
As the laws and regulations companies have to handle become increasingly complex each year, corporate legal departments are expected to stay up to date with the latest information and make appropriate decisions. However, it is extremely challenging for lawyers to find information related to specific keywords or provisions quickly from the large volume of publications in existence, and it often becomes a bottleneck in daily operations. To solve this issue, we launched the BUSINESS LAWYERS LIBRARY, a subscription service for legal publications. Now used by over 1,900 companies, the service is helping significantly improve efficiency in legal operations for a large number of users.
Since its launch in 2020, we have strengthened our partnerships with publishers, authors, and other content holders, now working with 42 publishers. There are now more than 3,000 publications in the library. To meet user needs, we will continue to actively expand the library further and enhance the service’s usability.
1) Comprehensive Support for All Legal Issues
Users can find the appropriate publication for a wide range of legal issues that may occur in the course of corporate activities from our full lineup of 3,000 titles. Users are able to gain more in-depth knowledge in their own areas of expertise, while also easily gaining knowledge in areas that were formerly outside their expertise, which enables problem solving from more diverse perspectives.
2) Timely Responses to Legal Revisions
In today’s fast-changing world, staying up to date on legal amendments, revised guidelines, and case law updates is essential for effective corporate risk management. We continually update the BUSINESS LAWYERS LIBRARY with publications reflecting legal amendments and new case law, supporting users in carrying out their work based on the latest and most accurate legal knowledge.
3) Enhanced Research Opportunities Through Seminar Integration
The BUSINESS LAWYERS LIBRARY is filled with more than 3,000 publications and hosts many paid legal seminars, allowing users to join at a discount or free of charge. With the latest commentary from leading legal professionals, these seminars enable corporate lawyers to stay up to date on legal amendments, current trends, and respond to more complex cases.
