Notice Regarding Nomination of Candidate for Outside Director (Ms. Rie Nakamura)

Bengo4.com, Inc. (Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director, President and CEO, Lawyer: Taichiro Motoe; hereafter “the Company”) hereby announces that its Board of Directors, at a meeting held today, resolved to nominate Rie Nakamura, a Director of M3, Inc., as a new candidate for Outside Director. This proposal will be submitted for resolution at the 21st Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders scheduled to be held in June 2026.

Rie Nakamura, the candidate for Outside Director, has a proven track record of expanding business over approximately 20 years as Representative Director and President of Demae-can Co., Ltd. She possesses exceptionally high expertise and management skills, having built one of Japan's largest platforms in the delivery market during its early days. Currently, as a Director at M3, Inc., she is making a significant contribution to the expansion of the medical frontline DX support business within the M3 group.
In order to speedily promote highly competitive products to medical facilities, which are institutions where doctors and other professionals gather, we expect that her experience in building a strong sales organization at M3 will also be highly valuable for the Company as we continue to spread Legal Brain and  CloudSign  to lawyers and other legal professionals.
Under the new management structure, we will strive to optimize the wisdom of professionals through technology and push forward to realize a society where everyone can freely enjoy the benefits of the law.

■ Profile of Rie Nakamura

Graduated from the Faculty of Letters, Kansai University. Established a marketing company for female university students during her college years. After graduation, she joined Recruit Co., Ltd., where she became the top sales representative in her first year and received the MVP award. After leaving the company for childbirth and engaging in marketing and other roles, she became the representative of Demae-can Co., Ltd., which operates "Demae-can," one of Japan's largest delivery portal sites, and successfully expanded the business over approximately 20 years. She has been serving as a Director of M3, Inc. since 2022, and is scheduled to assume the position of Outside Director of the Company in June 2026.

I am deeply humbled to be nominated as an Outside Director of Bengo4.com. The core of my career has been to "create Sampo-yoshi (three-way satisfaction) services through DX."
